2-1/4 c whole wheat flour
2 c white flour
1-1/4 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 scant cups buttermilk (no substitutions!)
~preheat oven to 400
~mix all ingredients well (but remember that over-mixing leads to DRY baked goods)
~flour hands and shape into a round OR just put it in a loaf pan
~if baking as a round, but it on a baking sheet
~bake 40-45" at 400
~cool completely before serving
serves 6-8

Note: don't use that junky wheat flour from the grocery store, come by the house and get the real deal.
