Hummus: Small Batch

1 can garganzo beans
2 cloves garlic
1t salt
1t sesame seeds (or tahini)
3T olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
parsley

~puree all in a food processor until smooth.
~add a little water if necessary to get the right consistency.

Makes (3) 1/2 c servings.
