6c uncooked wide egg noodles
1/4 c butter
1 c heavy cream
1 1/2 c fully cooked ham, chopped
2c chopped veggies (broccoli, carrots, peas, zucchini, etc)
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
~cook noodles according to package directions
~in a saucepan, melt butter over med heat
~add cream and bring to a boil
~cook and stir for 2"
~Add all remaining and continue to cook and stir until heated through (1-2")
Serves 4-5.
