1-1/2 c heavy cream
1/4 c butter
1 c parmesan
~cook the pasta according to package directions.
~heat the cream, butter and cheese in a heavy bottomed pan.
~stir often and keep a close eye on it, there is no rescuing burned milk!
~cook until the cheese is melted.
~pour the sauce through a sieve. Don't skip this part, or your sauce will be grainy and you won't like it!!!!
~pour over pasta and serve immediately.
