Corn Bread


1 c cornmeal
1 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/3 c oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c milk

~mix all.
~bake 35'' at 30.
Note: if making for stuffing, omit sugar, bake early cut up and let dry out.
